Malte Frank is a lawyer at Hengeler Mueller in Berlin, where he advises and represents German and international companies on antitrust, merger and state aid law issues and in administrative and court proceedings. His dissertation entitled “Die zweite Halbzeit – Eine rechtsvergleichende Untersuchung der exklusiven, gekoppelten, territorial beschränkte und zentralisierten Vermarktung von Sportübertragungsrechten” will be published by Nomos in 2022. Among other things, his presentation will deal with the solution he has developed for the antitrust law problems of marketing sports broadcasting rights.
